Each environment has its own URLs and credentials: **sandbox** for testing and **production** for live data.

The **Delivery API** and the **CRM & Loyalty API** use the same endpoint and the same token.

Test everything in **sandbox** first. Sandbox and production use separate credentials. Ask Expressoft for the **production URLs and credentials** only when your integration is ready.
