Access to the Expressoft APIs isn't self-service. Credentials are issued per integration.

## How to get access

1. Contact your Expressoft account representative or the sales team at [sales@expressoft.ro](mailto\:sales@expressoft.ro).
2. Tell them which API you need: **Delivery API**, **CRM & Loyalty API**, or both.
3. Expressoft sends you the sandbox credentials (a username and a password).
4. Build and test your integration in the sandbox.
5. When you are ready, ask for the **production URLs** and **production credentials**.

## What you receive

- A **username** and a **password** for the sandbox environment.
- The **GraphQL endpoint** for each API you need.
- For production: separate credentials and URLs, provided when you request them.

One set of credentials gives you one token. That token works for both APIs in sandbox. See **[Authentication Overview](docId\:J2FmZrijHggXl3Jouft5R)**.

Keep your credentials and tokens private. Don't put them in client-side code, public repositories, or support tickets.
