## Which URL do I call?

The one that the token request returns in `extension.apiURL`. Don't use the Playground URL.

## Is the sandbox data permanent?

No. The sandbox uses a DEMO database that is restored periodically. Data you save there can disappear without notice.

## Is there a Playground in production?

No. The Playground is available only in sandbox. In production you call the endpoint directly.

## Why am I told that the claim `ConnectAccounting` is missing?

## How do I page through a list?

Send the `endCursor` of the previous page as `after`, until `hasNextPage` is `false`. The PMS lists use a numeric `cursor` and a `pageSize` instead.

## How do I read only the new documents?

Filter by `dateBegin` and `dateEnd`, and keep the date of your last sync. For products, use `lastModifiedOnGreaterThen`. See **Document Cursor and Incremental Sync**.

## Can I change or delete documents?

No. You can read documents, and create a purchase invoice. You can also change the document cursor.

## Is a `key` a GUID or a number?

It depends. Organizations, locations, warehouses, products, companies and business days have a GUID. Most documents (purchase invoices, sale invoices, transfers, notes) have a number. A currency has a number.

## Why do some lists have no paging?

The lists of reference data (organizations, locations, warehouses, payment methods, currencies) and the physical stocks return everything.

## How do I get the accounts for posting?

Ask for `accountingNotes` on the document, and for the account fields of the product lines. See **Accounting Notes and Accounts**.

## Can I use the same token for the Delivery and the CRM & Loyalty APIs?

The authentication flow is the same. Each API needs its own permission on your user.
