Use `documents.productPhysicalStocks` to read the stock of products in a period, per warehouse.

| **Field**                      | **Meaning**                                             |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| `startQuantity`, `endQuantity` | The quantity at the start and at the end of the period. |
| `price`                        | The price of the product.                               |
| `batch`                        | The batch, when `withBatch` is `true`.                  |

`startDate` and `endDate` are required. This list isn't paged. Filter by organization, warehouse or product to keep the response small.
