Each environment has its own URLs and credentials: sandbox for testing and production for live data.

The Delivery API and the CRM & Loyalty API use the same endpoint and the same token.
Test everything in sandbox first. Sandbox and production use separate credentials. Ask Expressoft for the production URLs and credentials only when your integration is ready.
A token from one environment isn't valid in the other.
