Getting Access
2 min
Access to the Expressoft APIs isn't self-service. Credentials are issued per integration.
How to get access
- Contact your Expressoft account representative or the sales team at [email protected].
- Tell them which API you need: Delivery API, CRM & Loyalty API, or both.
- Expressoft sends you the sandbox credentials (a username and a password).
- Build and test your integration in the sandbox.
- When you are ready, ask for the production URLs and production credentials.
What you receive
- A username and a password for the sandbox environment.
- The GraphQL endpoint for each API you need.
- For production: separate credentials and URLs, provided when you request them.
One set of credentials gives you one token. That token works for both APIs in sandbox. See Authentication OverviewAuthentication Overview.
Keep your credentials and tokens private. Don't put them in client-side code, public repositories, or support tickets.
